Return & Refund Policy [version of 5 September 2025]

We want you to love your Combag. If something isn’t quite right, no worries — you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Returns

Your bag should come back in the same condition as when you received it: with tags attached and in the original packaging. Of course, you’re welcome to take it for a quick spin — how else would you know if it’s the right fit? We just ask that it shows no signs of wear, so we can make another customer just as happy with it.

Your order confirmation email from us is all you need as proof of purchase — no need to keep a physical receipt.

How to Start a Return

Just send us a quick note at hello@combag.eu before returning anything. That way, we can guide you step by step and make sure your return is smooth and easy to track. If items are sent back without letting us know first, there’s a chance they can’t be properly identified — so it’s always easier if you check in with us first.

Return shipping costs are usually at your expense, unless your item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want everything to arrive in perfect condition. If your order is damaged, defective, or not quite what you expected, just let us know right away and we’ll fix it quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Most items can be returned, with a few small exceptions:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (we often make an exception here too — so feel free to send them back)

Exchanges

If you’d like a different product, the easiest way is to return your current item and place a new order for the one you’d like.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you also enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can change your mind for any reason within 14 days and cancel or return your order — no explanation needed. We just ask that it comes back in its original packaging, with tags, and without signs of use, so we can make someone else just as happy with it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll confirm if the refund has been approved. If so, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Sometimes your bank or credit card provider may need a little extra time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, just reach out to us at hello@combag.eu and we’ll sort it out.
