Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or local carrier delays.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your package arrived your country, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@combag.eu with:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged packaging and/or product

A photo of the packing slip (for missing items)

A brief description of the issue
Please note: If the packaging is damaged but the product is fully functional, the order may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it:

File a claim directly with the carrier.

Forward us the official proof of loss or confirmation from the carrier.
Claims for “delivered” packages must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
Order Modifications

Orders can be modified (address, quantity, or item) within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, processing may have started, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After that, your order may already be in the shipping process and cannot be canceled.
